Or going back to bed. If you're up for musing, chew on this: Is it possible for exercise to be fun? As a regular exerciser, I don't categorize my workouts as 'fun' really, but that's mostly because my definition of fun involves non-exercisey things like lounging on the beach and reading a book and playing Candy Crush on my iPad for hours on end. The point is, we usually don't think of exercise as fun but I believe we can make it funner!
