At the recent 2016 International Alzheimer's Association Conference, more research was presented about benefits of using your brain. This time, a study found that a complex, challenging job- specifically working with people as opposed to things or data- appeared to compensate for a poor diet in terms of brain health and functioning. More formal education was also beneficial for cognition.
