How to Make a Healthier Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

 I love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I make mine with whole grain bread (preferably spelt), almond butter instead of peanut butter, and then a bit of 100-percent fruit spread (grape or blackberry).
