Secrets from Your Personal Trainer

One of my clients recently asked me what trainers talk about when the client walks out the door.  No, we don't make fun of what you were wearing or how well you did the pushups or even how much you (might have) complained.  No, what we often talk about is what we wish you knew about yourself.

For example, did you know it could take up to a year to really, genuinely lose weight and keep it off?  That's by my personal experience, of course, so there's not one iota of scientific proof behind that.  Another example:  Did you know that you're stronger than you think you are?  You are, but you don't believe it, do you?
