Breaking the Rules of Exercise

I have a lot of rules I follow when it comes to exercise.  Now, we need rules, I think, because, otherwise, we'd just slide off into Dorito-Land, right?  Like, I have a rule that I have to workout at least 5 days a week.  And I have this rule that I have to work at a certain heart rate for a certain length of time.

It goes on and on and, yes, it's that boring.

Which brings me to today.  I'm tired of all of my rules, so I've decided to break them.  Today?  I'm doing exactly what I want, heart rate be damned!!

I know.  I need to get a life.
