Happy New Year!! Make the Most of 2016

I wanted to wish you a heartfelt Happy 2016!  I hope this is a really great hear for you, and I wanted to send you some resources to help you think about goals you may want to set in the new year.  (This is one of my favorite parts of January!)  If you're not sure you want to set resolutions, I'm including resources to help you decide, and to help you just enjoy the moment if you decide you don't want to focus on goals just now.  If you want more stress info, you can find me on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.  Enjoy the rest of your week, and the start of your year!!
