If you eat low fat, you might eat a lot of chicken, especially the skinless variety. If you're beginning to tire a little of your usual chicken recipes, add some exotic flair and try these chicken dishes, which, although not entirely authentic, are at least inspired from various places around the world.

Middle Eastern Chicken
Here's an easy baked chicken dish with a distinct Middle Eastern flavor. Slightly sweet and not too spicy, this dish proves that far from being boring and bland, skinless chicken breasts can be succulent and flavorful. Serve this Middle Eastern Chicken with some couscous

Moroccan Chicken
Skinless chicken thighs are used in this Moroccan-style chicken dish, which also features apricots and garbanzo beans. Chicken thighs are less lean than chicken breasts but they are rich, flavorful and a good source of protein, iron and zinc.

Chicken Paprikash
The first time I made a version of this Hungarian-style chicken dish I misread the recipe and added rather too much cayenne pepper. it was some time before I could bring myself to make Chicken Paprikash again. Note tos elf: Chicken Paprikash, not Chicken Cayenne!

Chicken Dopiaza
Here's an Indian twist on chicken, and a delicious one especially if you love onions. Apparently "dopiaza" means double onions.
