Get Rid of Fat Phobia

Last night when having dinner at friends' home I noticed there was olive oil in almost everything, as well as a delicious aioli sauce to dip food into.  A few days ago at the store when I was buying grass-fed butter, the cashier beamed at me and asked "Aren't  you glad butter is back?"  Are you still avoiding eating fat?  Stop that right now!!

Low-Carb Diets and Weight Lifting
