This is a sugar-free version of the popular appetizer, party food, or main dish. The photo, as well as the recipe for a very easy sweet and spicy dipping sauce to go with it will be up within a few hours.
| Tangy Grilled Salmon
The tangy glaze is sweet and spicy, and works very well with the rich taste of salmon. I like it for grilled salmon, but it works for baked salmon as well. It goes very well with an Asian kind of "guacamole", which has ginger in it, as does the glaze on the salmon.

She devoted much time over a number of years to helping people become healthier, and she will be very much missed.
