We all have to face hard things when the weather warms up. Our own bodies, for example...bodies that haven't seen shorts or tank tops in many, many weeks.
That's scary enough, but then you have the scariest thing of all: Your Yard. If you live on any kind of property you have to personally take care of, you know the endlessness of this process - The weeding, cutting, tending, mulching, digging, raking, swearing...and that's just the front yard. Wait until you see the backyard, y'all.
The question is, are you ready for that? If not, I have some ideas for how you can prepare your body for working in the yard.
Unless you just pay someone else to do it, which just leaves you more time to exercise, right?
Either way, I'm going to stick exercise in there somewhere...
