Over the years, I've asked my clients the same question over and over: "Did you do you workouts last week?" Their answers range from, "Absolutely!" to "I was supposed to workout? Must've missed that memo."
The things they do instead of exercising are always entertaining. Sometimes, it's out of necessity, like the client who spent an entire 24-hour period de-licing her child and household...yikes!
Sometimes, a person will find any excuse to skip exercise. For example, one client, when faced with the prospect of exercising, decided instead to launch herself into a grout cleaning project that snowballed into such a nightmare job, she actually regretted not just getting on her treadmill that day.
Some of us eat, sleep, watch TV, play around on Facebook...what about you?
