At the beginning of spring, people can't seem to get enough exercise. They're running, biking, clogging up the machines at the gym...little maniacs rushing around and trying to de-flab the areas that become exposed this time of year.

Then? It gets hot outside and school lets out and we start thinking - Man, I really should exercise but it seems like so much work now that sitting on the deck and drinking cocktails is an available option.
