I've just had a crazy week -- daughter's college graduation in PA, drove to MI with her stuff and found her an apartment for grad school (starting in August) and then getting her to NH for a summer internship. Lots of sitting in cars, eating in restaurants, and sizing up new situations. Happily, low-carb travel doesn't have to be all that difficult, and saw me through what turned out to be a happy, successful trip! Have a fun week - Laura
