| I've been eating badly lately - too much sugar and bad carbs - and thanks to my being overweight from psych drugs, that has a worse effect on me than it would have when I was a skinny 5'10" and weighed 120 pounds. Because now I have type 2 diabetes. I can lose weight. I have lost weight (30 down, 50 to go). It just takes some self-discipline. See "Hope for Weight Loss" below. |
