How To Manage Stress

This week is National Sleep Awareness Week, and it's timely--next week, many of us are going to lose an hour of sleep if we're not careful, and this can have a negative impact on stress levels.  Daylight Saving Time is next week, and whether or not you will be one of those for whom an hour of sleep disappears in the night, it is important to put in the effort to get enough quality sleep.  This newsletter tells you why, and how you can go about getting what you need.  Have a great week, and sleep well!
