It's unfortunate, but menopause and weight gain seem to go together like fire and gasoline.  Specifically, menopause is the gasoline that seems to light a woman's fat cells on fire, creating such a conflagration that her entire body may morph into an unrecognizable blob of fat overnight.

Or that's how I've heard one woman describe it and it is quite descriptive.

Is there anything we can do to stop this madness?  I discuss this in my article this week and I have some ideas but, I won't lie  - There's simply no easy answer. The good news is that we're all in this together!
