From Christine Luff, your Guide to Running & Jogging
When someone asks me what's the best time to run, I like to say, "Whenever you can fit it in." It's hard enough to find the time to run -- I would hate for runners to feel pressure to do it at a certain time of day. That being said, research has shown that exercisers tend to have slightly more endurance and strength output between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. But since that may not be the ideal time for you to run, here are some tips for running at different parts of the day.

Tips for Running in the Morning
Most races are held in the morning, so it's beneficial to do training runs at around the same time you'll be running. Plus, if you run in the morning, you're more likely to get your run done. Here are some tips for a.m. running.

Tips for Running in the Dark
With the start of Fall, the days are getting much shorter. If you're an early morning or evening runner, follow these tips for running in the dark.

How to Find Time to Run
If you're like most people and just want to squeeze in your runs whenever you can, try some of these strategies.
