Is it just me or is Christmas barreling towards us like a...well...barrel?  If you're feeling like Mr. or Mrs. Cranky Pants lately, maybe you need to take a time out and de-stress.  I've got a workout that will help you do just that.

10-Minute De-Stress Workout
If you need to de-stress, these simple, stretchy ball exercises will do the trick.  These slow, easy movements will help you calm down while stretching all those tight muscles.  Take your time and enjoy.

People always recommend we work at a moderate intensity, but what exactly does that mean and how often should we do it? Most people underestimate how hard they're working, so take a moment to learn more about how to monitor your intensity.
