 The holiday season has been in full swing, and it can be easy to get caught up in the busy-ness of all the activity: buying gifts, going to parties, preparing to see family, perhaps missing sleep.  Sometimes these details can obstruct the bigger picture, even when we try hard to stay present.  Here are some ways to enjoy the holidays a little more and let go of the some of the "noise" and anxiety that comes with the details.  I hope you have a truly wonderful time.
