De-Stress with These Seated Stretches for the Back, Neck and Shoulders

It's summertime and we should all be spending our days lying around the pool, sipping on Gin and Juice, watching the world go by.  Instead, we all seem to be working too hard.  Everyone I talk to is all, "I just need a VACATION!"

Word.

So, what do you do if you have to keep working and you can't go on vacation?  Well, you can totally pretend to work while making imaginary travel plans on Travel Zoo to Mexico or the Caribbean.  Or you could do some seated stretches that will, at the very least, help ease your stress a little. 

Or both.
