Introducing my clients to kettlebell training is always kind of funny. First, they cock their heads and look at it with a kind of "Huh?" expression. And then they ask, "You want me to do what with that?" Yes, it seems weird to swing a weight around when, typically, that's a no-no. But kettlebell training can do amazing things for your body and it can also add a little something different to your workouts. You can't be bored while you're swinging a weight, right? Just nod your head and agree with me. |
