Hi Azriel,
It's been a season of bittersweet transition for Andy and me. New city, new friends, new routines. While it was tough saying goodbye to our friends and home of 6+ years (the longest I've lived anywhere!), we love it here in Boulder, which has welcomed us so warmly. Literally. This is the warmest winter I've ever experienced. Nice trade-off with the coldest summers ever, in San Francisco.
As part of my overall transition, I've decided that the next Delicious Cleanse is the last time I will personally host this life-and-body altering, eye-opening, energizing, food-lovers' program live. The Delicious Cleanse has had a fantastic run and now I am ready to focus on new projects. Been hemming and hawing this whole time about doing it? Now is the time - sign up here to receive early bird pricing and notification of the start date (your signing up now does not obligate you to anything).
Do you view the holidays as a time of transition - perhaps a transition to the new year or to newer, better habits? Or is it something you just hope to get through unscathed? A bit of both? Well, this month's article, Happy Holidays? Tips to Get Balanced Before You Go Bonkers, will help you in either case.
I share this month a recipe I made just last night - Cranberry Orange Sauce. I was craving that tartness cranberries have, with just a touch of sweet. Then I kept tweaking the recipe... and here you have it: a sauce you can use as part of a savory meal, or even as a bowl of decadently healthy dessert on its own!
I hope you enjoy your Byte. If you change your mind, you may unsubscribe at any time by scrolling to the very bottom of this page and clicking on the unsubscribe link.

| Featured Recipe | | Cranberry Orange Sauce... or Dessert
I came up with this recipe last night after I'd been craving the tartness of cranberries for a while. I figured I'd make this sauce ahead of time and serve it atop the turkey and sweet potato mash I'm planning to make soon. But then I proceeded to eat it by the spoonful in lieu of dessert! So, I am living proof that you can use this recipe as a sauce to liven up any savory dish or as a simple, deeply satisfying and nourishing dessert...

My friend Angela had a skin reaction one day while performing onstage as a concert pianist... and decided to create her own line of skin-care products.
And so Om Aroma was born.
Angela has created a gorgeously beautifying line of skin- and body-care products that are organic and pure. The ingredient lists look so yummy, I almost want to eat the lotions!
Oh, and I LOVE her candles too. As someone very sensitive to scents, I can say that she has done it right - just a whiff of natural essential oils that don't accost my senses or liver. No headaches here; just pure bliss.
