Lose the booze, toss the sauce, and snub the Pub. Researchers in Australia have found that the link between alcohol and breast cancer is stronger than they used to think.

Less Alcohol Means Less Breast Cancer
Drinking alcohol messes with your hormone levels, and makes you more susceptible to breast cancer. It's sort of like marinating your breast tissue in estrogen. Scientists at the Australian Cancer Council now say that they consider alcohol a Class 1 carcinogen, like tobacco or asbestos. That's a strong warning.
