| | Living in a world that is awash in foods that are harmful to us can be quite a challenge, as I don't need to tell you! One coping strategy is to train yourself not to "see" those foods. When I go into a coffee shop, my eyes just brush past the pastry counter. When I'm in the aisle labeled "Baking Supplies", I fix my gaze on the unsweetened chocolate and cocoa powder and ignore everything else. After awhile, it truly becomes easy -- just the way we shop and eat.
