Once I took this creative writing class and the teacher gave us this assignment: Write a letter to yourself from your 80-year-old self. What advice would you give?

Naturally, there was no letter from my 80-year-old self because, by the time I'm 80, we'll all just be able to project our thoughts out into the world without having to write them down. In fact, we might not even have any paper at that point, since the planet could implode by then.

On that happy thought, let's bring that assignment into the present. If you could give your younger self some advice about exercise, health, diets, etc., what would you say? Would your younger self even listen?
