When people start cutting carbs, one of the first obstacles they encounter is breakfast, and not only because they've just woken up on that first day! No, it's because there are so many processed, high carb "breakfast foods" that we are used to eating. The good news is that most people find that a sugar-free low-carb breakfast enables them to get comfortably through to lunch without that "mid-morning crash" and the urge to reach for a doughnut.
