(Actual Newsletter) Beverages with More Sugar Than You Think

 First an apology: The newsletter that went out this morning was a mistake due to a bug that has been corrected.

 We can be really careful with the carbs in the food we eat, but it's possible to wipe out all that work with a glass of the wrong beverage.  A little lemonade or sweet tea can't have THAT much sugar, can it?  What about fruit juice?  Get informed before you quench your thirst!  Have a happy week -
