Exercise Excuses You Should Ditch This Year
Way back in January, a time all of us would no doubt love to forget, I wrote an article about resolutions.  Specifically, I talked about all the excuses we should get rid of this year.  One of my favorite excuses is "My cat is sleeping on my yoga mat!"  And now that I have a dog, a really Big Dog, I have an even better excuse. You'll know this if you've ever tried to exercise around a rambunctious 80-pound puppy.

Okay, so that means we all have to ditch our excuses, no matter how good they are.  Hey, exercise is always easier when you know someone else is suffering right along with you...

We're almost halfway through the year and it seems cruel to bring up those resolutions we made way back and January.  Yet, this really is a good time to take stock of where you are in the world of exercise.  After all, summer will be here soon and we'll need strong bodies for all the fun we're going to have.  Maybe you can check in and see if there are any excuses you're still using to skip your workouts.
