The pressure to lose weight or maintain a certain weight is everywhere. Just stand in line at any grocery store and you'll see just how many fitness magazines there are, all of them telling you what's wrong with you - Your abs (too flabby), your butt (not firm enough), your thighs (monstrous), your diet (a mess), your sleep patterns (not even close to healthy) and on and on.

You'll also notice that people who live in fitness magazine world wear bathing suits all the time. Even in the middle of winter.

One way to take the pressure off is, of course, to never go to the grocery store again. That sounds like a little slice of heaven, doesn't it?
