I've heard the phrase 'aging gracefully' - Usually from some gorgeous celebrity touting expensive eye cream and looking like the least likely person to need eye cream.

There's also what happens to your body as you age.  Not just how it looks, but how it works.  As we get older, things get harder - We need more recovery time and our bodies don't always work as well when we do hard, high intensity workouts.

So what do we do?  The best thing is:  Listen to your body.  It may need something different now than it did when you were younger.
Growing Older and Gaining Weight 

 When I was in my 20s, I believed that aging was a natural process that one should let happen, well, naturally.  Why should people cover their gray or try to 'stay cool' by wearing hip clothes?  Ha ha.  Yeah, I've learned my lesson.
