A new study has found that patients with PTSD can get just as a good a result using tele-therapy - for example, meeting with their therapist via an Internet application like Skype - as they can meeting with their therapist face-to-face. According to the study author, tele-therapy could also be helpful for depression, phobias and eating disorders.
