From Paige Waehner, your Guide to Exercise
Being married is hard enough, but what happens if one of you decides to move in a healthier direction with diet and exercise while the other one doesn't? Although I was impressed by some of the creative answers I've gotten to this question, I don't think they include, "Nag the heck out of them until they do what you want," or "Threaten to tie them to a chair and force them to watch crappy reality shows until they give in."

While nagging and torture aren't the best approaches (as fun as they may be), I'm sure some of you have experienced this and may have tips to share. If you managed to help your loved one make some changes (sans violence), share your story. You may just save a marriage.
