Flax Meal Focaccia Bread
Of all the recipes on the site, I think this one has the most user reviews and is one of the most highly rated. Check out the reviews for ideas on ways readers have made variations on this bread. NOTE: Be sure to use fresh flax seed in this bread - I have gotten some negatives comments from some who were clearly using rancid flax seed meal. The meal itself should taste mild and slightly nutty.
