Benlysta (belimumab) was approved on March 9, 2011 by the FDA for the treatment of active, autoantibody-positive lupus in patients who are receiving standard therapy including corticosteroids, antimalarials, immunosuppressives, and NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). Benlysta is administered as an intravenous infusion. 
The golfer's program is aptly called "On Course With Phil". Together with the Joint Smart Coalition, the program focuses on motivating and inspiring patients with psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and plaque psoriasis to take action, become educated about their disease, and seek the advice of a specialist to build a treatment plan that's effective. 
Seven years ago, in 2004, the Surgeon General warned that by 2020 half of all Americans older than 50 would be at risk for fractures from osteoporosis and low bone mass if no action was taken. That's a pretty stern warning. Makes you wish there was a way to predict your fracture risk. Well, there actually is. It's called FRAX.
