From Elizabeth Scott, M.S., your Guide to Stress Management
Sometimes stressors abound and life can be a real challenge. One of the things I've learned to appreciate about the challenges of life is that the struggles we face can often serve to make us stronger. This newsletter brings resilience-building resources to help you stay strong, use your challenges to create strength, and keep your chin up when times get tough. I also invite you to share your thoughts and find more resources on the Facebook Page About Stress Management, and have a truly wonderful week. -Elizabeth

Quiz: How Resilient Are You?
Resilience is a quality that helps us through daily stressors and major life crises. The following questions are designed to measure different attitudes, habits and traits that are associated with resilience. At the end of the quiz you'll find a score, as well as resources targeted specifically for you and your current state.

Positive Emotions and Resilience
It turns out that positive emotions can, in fact, lead to strength. There's a bit to this research, and you'll probably want to know all about it. Read on and find out what the research says about the positivity-resilience link, and find resources to help you develop both!
