How many choices do you make each day? If you said about 35,000, you're probably not that far off. It sometimes feels like we have to make a million choices and one of the hardest ones is making the choice to exercise.

It would be so much easier if someone else made these choices for us...just one reason many of my clients hire me to train them (along with my sparkling personality, of course). Knowing they have a set appointment and that I'm going to make them - um, encourage them to - do the exercises they need to do makes that choice a little easier.

Is it hard making the choice to exercise each day? Are there ways to make it easier? That's what I'm talking about this week...too deep for a Monday?
