A Note From Simla
|
| Hi Azriel , Ever make a promise you weren't able to deliver on?Remember that promise/declaration that as of September I was going to issue this newsletter twice a month? Well - ha! - it didn't happen, did it? I got busier than I had planned and I figure you weren't too worried about it, so it all works out in the end. Let's see if I can do a better job of delivering on that promise this month. And if not, then maybe the promise really didn't make sense for me to begin with - time will tell. Something you may not know about me: I love my liver. Yes, my own liver organ. And it so happens that October is National Liver Awareness Month. Good timing too, because it's important to give your liver extra love and support during seasonal transitions according to Eastern medical traditions. I'm going to share with you many other fascinating reasons why you should love and treat your liver right, too, in this month's article: Your Magnificent Liver. You'll also find out why I personally love my liver so much. Fittingly, the recipe I share with you this month is going to make your liver happy this fall: Curried Quinoa with Cauliflower & Artichokes I hope you enjoy your Byte. "This [health profile analysis] is incredibly insightful feedback. THANK YOU. I feel like I've received more insight from you in 2 weeks than I've gotten in TWENTY years from conventional medicine. Even better though? I now feel more empowered to use conventional medicine to my advantage. That's a big deal!" - Karri Flatla, entrepreneur, www.nakedprairie.com, private client
