| | When we hear a "fact" everywhere we look, it's easy to assume that it's, well, "true". Right now, one of the "facts" being floated is that a vegan diet (now dubbed "plant-based") is the healthiest way to eat. It's just one of a never-ending series of examples showing that if we value our health, it's good to question these assumptions.
