Xeljanz (tofacitinib) Approved by FDA for RA
On November 6, 2012, the FDA announced it has approved the first oral biologic drug for the treatment of adults with moderately to severely active rheumatoid arthritis who have had an inadequate response or intolerance to methotrexate.
