| | I'm writing this newsletter just a few hours before results will start pouring in from the US presidential election, and a week since the storm Sandy devastated large areas near where I'm currently living. I don't get to vote, but I've been volunteering a few hours each day at a local community centre so for the first time since I have been visiting the US I feel a little connected to a community. I'm not sure I think there is a meaningful connection between our sexuality and who we vote for but I am sure that there's a connection between living in, through, and during a disaster, and how we have sex.
