Not everyone has the same sense of humor, but it's such a delight when you find someone who laughs at the same things you do. I recently came across a couple of "old food" Web sites that made me laugh, and I hope I bring a laugh to at least a few people. Also this week, an opportunity to give advice to a fellow low-carber. Old Weight Watchers Recipes
I recently heard this author interviewed and checked out these recipe cards. I confess I do get a kick out of recipes called things like "Frankfurter Spectacular", but this is also a reminder of the earlier incarnation of Weight Watchers, lower in carbs, and sometimes fondly referred to as "the one that worked".

Can You Help Patricia?
