How to Stick to Your Diet
The most important aspect of maintaining a diet isn't the type of diet you choose, but whether or not you can stick to the diet you've chosen. How Can I Stick To My Diet On Weekends?
After working hard all week, you're ready for some rest and relaxation on the weekend -- and that mindset seems to also extend to your diet. You start with cocktails and greasy appetizers Friday night with friends. On Saturday, you go grazing through the food court while shopping at the mall, then go out for a big dinner that night. On Sunday, you are feeling kind of lazy and lounge around on the couch watching television and snacking on chips and dip.

Is Sea Salt Better Than Regular Table Salt?
Sea salt is sometimes touted as being better for you than regular table salt, but both types of salt probably have the same impact on your health. Too much sodium is linked to high blood pressure and a greater risk of cardiovascular disease in some people. Sea salt and regular table salt both contain sodium and chloride, in the same ratio, so chemically there is almost no difference.
