Do you sometimes wish someone would just make all your healthy low-carb food for you? No decisions, no cooking, no cleanup? I've recently had the opportunity to review the low-carb meals by Diet-to-Go, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised, not only at the quality of the meals, but by how affordable they are (for prepared food which is delivered to you). No, they aren't as tasty as home-cooked foods, though some of them were close! But for people who are looking for prepared meals, I think they could be a good alternative. (I am in no way affiliated with Diet-to-Go, and get no financial benefit from talking about their food.)
