When talking about this week's topic (staying active when it's so yucky outside) with a friend, she floated the theory that all couches are secretly lined with a magnetic material that instantly adheres one's behind to said furniture. That, combined with the magnetic power of 986 cable channels and we've got a problem.

What are you doing to stay active this winter? If you're not doing anything, maybe it's time for that butt-seeking couch to go, my friends.
