My favorite part of summer is when it gets so hot that the pavement actually buckles from the heat. When it gets that hot, exercising outside becomes a dangerous thing but that doesn't mean you're off the hook (sorry to all the clients who asked me that last week).

It is possible to work around the heat by doing things like working out very early or very late, drinking tons of water, moving your workout to an icy cold pool or just sticking with indoor workouts.

Or you could just skip it altogether and go see a movie...I'll never know...unless you're my client, of course, and then I'll totally know.
