Three words I'm heartily sick of: low fat diet. When can we put this one to rest? Even the nutrition folks at Harvard have begged people to stop the madness on this. When you cut fats, you almost automatically add carbs, which means more glucose. This week I respond to a woman who was distressed by an article in the Daily Beast. Low-Fat Equals High-Glucose
The other day I received an email from a woman for whom her low-carb diet was working great -- except for the concerns of those around her. Then she read an article in The Daily Beast by a doctor advocating a vegan diet and she got really upset.

What About Grains?
