For those who participated in Daylight Saving Time, we got an extra hour in our day yesterday, which is pretty fantastic.  What did you do with that extra hour?  What could you do with an extra hour? Whether or not you're one of the lucky ones who got that extra hour, I think we can agree that an extra hour is something we could all use. This newsletter offers suggestions for how to find an extra hour in your schedule here and there, and how to make the most of this extra time.
