Now that November has begun, we are embarking on a perfect time to cultivate gratitude in our lives. The active use of gratitude can be highly effective as a stress reliever and harbinger of happiness, and can also help with holiday season materialism and winter blues.  Take the next few weeks to get into the habit of focusing on what you have in your life, and you'll likely not only have an even more thankful Thanksgiving and happy holiday season, but a more joyous new year after that!  Here are some tools to get you started, with more to come later in the week.
