| When people start cutting carbs, it's natural to think of themselves as "on a diet". However, if low-carb works for you, it's important to get out of that mindset as soon as you can. We need to basically change our identities to that of someone who eats a certain way. For example, "I am someone who doesn't eat sugar", so I don't see a sugary drink as an option.
