With 2016 around the corner, many of us are doing some serious self reflection. How can we make 2016 better? Perhaps you are gearing up to start taking better care of your health. If you have diabetes or are at risk of developing it, it doesn't mean you need to stop living. Simply, think of some realistic goals that can help you get on track. For example, decide to eat breakfast daily, monitor your blood sugar more often, go to the doctor for a checkup, or get support from your family. Be realistic and be kind to yourself. Happy New Year!
